This cruise will get you to know the idyllic beaches of Menies, Choironisia and the island of Thodorou. The cruise starts at approximately 10 am from the old port of Chania and ends at 6 pm at the same place.

Menies

First Stop

Menies is a lovely secluded beach with volcanic pebbles and deep crystal clear waters. Sheltered from the wind as it is surrounded by solid rocks, the place that used to be the site where the ancient temple of Artemis was situated, is the ideal backdrop for your relaxation!

Hironisia

Second Stop

Choironisia, a small cove next to Menies, is full of small caves developed over time that are ideal for exploration. You can’t help but being enchanted by the raw beauty of this extraordinary landscape!

Thodorou

Third Stop

On the island of Thodorou one can come across some rare species of flora and fauna, such as the Cretan wild goat, known as kri-kri. Thodorou is part of the Natura 2000 network and has been designated as a protected area. There you can find spots of natural beauty not to be expected and, of course, amazingly blue crystal clear waters!
